You can submit your work on the FilmFreeway platform. We are called HIFF - HALO International Film Festival
We send certificates of winning or honorable mention in English or Russian languages
The next screening is scheduled for September 8, 2026, at Masts in Sevkabel Port, St. Petersburg; September 18 at Vomo in Murmansk; and September 19 at Koverking in Orenburg.
We welcome any help at the festival. We need photographers, volunteers to greet guests, and assistants to help with the organization. After you complete your volunteer work, we will write you a letter of recommendation and issue a certificate of participation in the festival
In case of selection for the screening, we will help translate them into Russian if you have English subtitles
