By submitting your work, you agree to these rules

All movies are accepted through FilmFreeway only - Entrance fees are non-refundable
- Preference will be given to films with a completion date after January 2022
- Foreign movies must have English or Russian subtitles
- You must own the rights or have permission from the owner to submit the movie
- The festival has the right to change the location and date of the show
- Works that do not fit the category will be disqualified
- In case of selection for the screening, foreign authors of films must provide Russian subtitles
- Halo Festival may use the trailer/poster/frames or BTS for promotional purposes (but not release, in any form or under any circumstances, the full movie)
- You give the festival permission to screen your film
- The show features the best winning films of the season
