By submitting your work, you agree to these rules
All movies are accepted through FilmFreeway only
Entrance fees are non-refundable
Preference will be given to films with a completion date after January 2022
Foreign movies must have English or Russian subtitles
You must own the rights or have permission from the owner to submit the movie
The festival has the right to change the location and date of the show
Works that do not fit the category will be disqualified
In case of selection for the screening, foreign authors of films must provide Russian subtitles
Halo Festival may use the trailer/poster/frames or BTS for promotional purposes (but not release, in any form or under any circumstances, the full movie)
You give the festival permission to screen your film
The show features the best winning films of the season
